We first met with John in late 2021 as we were about to make an offer on a new home out of state.

He not only has very professional knowledge as a realtor, but also has excellent communication skill. During my home purchase process, he was always very helpful, very friendly, and always comes out and help to resolve disputes, issues that occurs from all parties, including seller, seller's attorney, me (a buyer), and my attorney. He was amazing through the whole process of selling our house in Warren, NJ. We found John from fliers and decided to call him. John told us about the whole process, how to stage the house and what to expect during the open house. We put our house on the market and had our first offer two hours after the close which was 20k over the ask. From the open house to close it took twenty days! John took care of issues that arose during the walkthrough as we were out of state. That was our experience with John I can't tell you who to use but use him!!
